Ellender Estate wines are created with minimal intervention reflecting characters provided by nature and entrusted to our care and respect.

Ellender Estate is a boutique vineyard and winery located just outside the picturesque village of Glenlyon, a short drive from Daylesford.

"As a prelude to Summer and the ensuing Christmas Season, we invite you to a sumptious summer seafood lunch prepared by Michael DeJong."

Michael and Jodie have just returned from a whirlwind trip tour of New York's top restaurant and will share their passion of food with you as they present four courses.

Cost $80 per person for four courses,
includes a glass of our Méthode Champenoise

Three tastes:
Crab and dill rotolo
White gazpacho sardine toast
Cold smoked ocean trout with horseradish trout caviar

SECOND
Spanish baked prawns  with pickled calamari and saffron rice

MAIN
Russian salmon kulebiaka pie with fennel custard spring peas and asparagus sauce vierge

Christmas and New Year Opening Hours for Winery and L'Osteria

The Winery will be open each day from
Boxing Day - Monday 26th December 2011
through to Monday 2nd January 2012
from 11.00am to 5.00pm.

L’Osteria will be open for lunches from 
12.30pm until 3.30pm during this period.
