A structured wine tasting given by winemaker, Graham Ellender, features a tasting of estate produced wines and insight into the principles and practices of grape growing and techniques of winemaking using tasting, sensory and computer aids. The session is “tailored” for both experienced and novice imbibers. One hour session.
Cost $25.00 per person includes wine tastings and cheese platter.

Shops Wood-fired Oven - Making and Baking
A half day or full seminar on wood-fired ovens, their use and construction and the ability to make and bake your own bread.
Pizza Making Workshop - 3 hour workshop
"Hands on" pizza making experience, creating your own dough and constructing your own special pizza from regional produce. Place your creation in the wood-fired oven, watch it cook and crisp to perfection. Minutes later you will be ready to feast on your hard work.
Discover the history of the pizza, evolution of doughs and the fascination of the wood-fired oven throughout Europe.
