These sessions are hosted every Saturday by appointment and are “tailored” to both experienced and novice imbibers.
You can learn the art and science of bread making with artisan bread maker, Brendan Carter. Hands-on experience and you’ll get to take your work home with you!
The following Saturday 26 August 2006 the answers will be shared on how to build an “Ovencrafter” heritage brick oven with Dennis Dowell. Dennis is a Bread and Oven Historian who will take you through the steps of this age old technique.
