Estate grown fruit, whole bunch pressed and fermented in aged oak barriques resulting in a “Chablis” style wine. Delightful balance of nectarine and citrus fruits gives a lovely entry to the long spicy cashew palate.

Estate grown Pinot Noir, harvested and made specifically as a true rosé with short skin contact. Displaying cherry and strawberry notes carried on a refreshing background.
12.8% alcohol by volume $24 per bottle
A full bodied wine with a Burgundian style reflecting the cool climate of this wine region. It has well integrated French oak, well rounded tannins and characteristic Pinot Noir bouquet of cherry and earthy characters. Produced in small batches with TLC.

An early drinking style of Pinot Noir produced from a blend of two vintages of estate grown and fermented grapes and maintained in aged oak barrels. The resulting wine has an Italianate Style and recognizes the Swiss Italian heritage of this area of the Macedon Ranges Wine Region
